Pet Connection Market Festival Recap at the CD Regional Market

What a day for animal lovers at the Menands Market Pavilion! Our Pet Connection Market Festival brought together local rescues, families, and pet supporters for a day centered around adoption, community, and giving back.
Twelve rescue groups and shelters joined us for this special adoption event, giving visitors the chance to meet incredible pets looking for their forever homes. Throughout the day, guests connected with rescue volunteers, learned about adoption opportunities, and showed up in a big way to support their work.
We were excited to have Steve Caporizzo stop by during the event, and through Pet Connection, $6,000 was donated to the participating rescue groups to support their continued work with animals in need. Our market festival also featured live music by Eric Peter, face painting for the kids, and a talented live painter. Ryan’s Famous Pizza and Bernie’s Blue Line BBQ kept everyone well fed, while our 50/50 raffle added even more excitement by raising more than $500 to support the cause.
We’re grateful to everyone who attended, adopted, volunteered, and supported this event. It was a powerful reminder of what our community can accomplish when we come together for a great cause.
