From longtime local makers to new favorites, we’re sharing the stories behind the booths, so you can get to know your market even better. This week, we’re excited to introduce you to Cocoa & Sage.

We caught up with Cocoa & Sage owner Tiffany Palmer to hear how her passion for baking, along with some encouragement from loved ones, grew into a business that’s now filling the market with the scent of fresh bread and cinnamon rolls.
What do you sell at the market?
Breads and baked goods.
When and how did your business get started?
It started last year (2024) when friends and family suggested my passion for baked goods might appeal to the masses.
What’s your favorite product you offer and why?
Our cinnamon rolls are a huge hit! They’re soft and fluffy with the right amount of frosting. Almost all of our products are made with organic flour!
What’s something people might not know about your business or products?
I’ll teach you about sourdough! We sell our dehydrated starter and sourdough essentials gift basket. I’m accessible for troubleshooting and walking you through your own sourdough journey to make great breads!
What do you love most about being part of our Farmers Market?
I love this market’s sense of community and support. It’s a collaborative environment where the vendors support one another and who doesn’t love free parking, a covered market and food trucks?!
