Interview With Robert Kalbfliesh
What do you sell at the market?
We sell different meats — beef, pork, and chicken.
When and how did your business get started?
Our family farm was established in 1969, but we started selling beef directly to consumers and formed Brier Hill Family Farm LLC in 2023.
What’s your favorite product you offer and why?
Our favorite product is ground beef because it is so versatile.
What’s something people might not know about your business or products?
Our beef business has been built by our registered cow herd. We place a strong emphasis on raising cattle with high-quality genetics, that thrive in our forage-based operation.
What do you love most about being part of our Farmers Market?
Building relationships with our customers.
